Return Policy: You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or a credit note. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, including international returns, but we will do everything we can to assist you throughout the process. Final sale items and Sample Pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Package Your Items: Ensure your items are well packaged. To avoid any delays, please make sure your return adheres to the conditions outlined in our return policy.

3. Send Your Return: You can use your local postal service or a courier, and we recommend using a tracked service. Keep the tracking information handy. Please send the return to the following address:

4. Label Your Package: Clearly mark 'Returned Items' on the outer packaging. On the customs declaration form, tick the 'Return Goods' option to prevent any import charges or taxes.

Processing Your Return: We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of their arrival at our warehouse. The time it takes to receive your refund, exchange, or credit will depend on your chosen shipping method.
